Typical pricing

Four ways to engage. Priced honestly.

These are guidelines to my charges. Typical pricing, subject to negotiation by project and scope. Most engagements start with a Diagnostic Sprint, a fixed-fee, time-boxed piece of work designed to pay for itself in the gaps it surfaces. Build and Oversee follow only if the diagnosis warrants it.

Analysis & Strategy

Tier 1 · Diagnostic Sprint

2–3 weeks

£4,500 – £6,500

Fixed fee, invoiced at commencement

Low-risk entry point, designed to be self-funding. We surface the activation gaps that are costing you pipeline today.

  • Partner audit and tier-by-tier review
  • P&L pain mapping against current channel spend
  • Programme gap analysis (commercials, enablement, reporting)
  • Prioritised recommendations and a Tier 2 engagement proposal
